Returns

Thank you for choosing Erona Jewelry! We hope your order exceeds your expectations. However, if it doesn’t fully satisfy you, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt.

Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return

  • You have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it.

  • Please send the item in the original packaging as described below by trackable mail on your expense to the address you receive in response to your return request.

  • Please return the item to us within 10 days after receiving the shipping details.

  • To be eligible for a return, Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.

  • Failure to notify us may result in ineligibility for a refund.

Refund

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know that refund has been approved. If it was approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your original method of payment.

  • You will receive refund for the amount of product cost, shipping costs are not refunded.

  • If more that 15 days have passes since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to contact us at customer@erona.jewelry

Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and loose or fallen gemstones due to production issues.

  • The warranty does not apply to items damaged through careless use or certain fragile gemstones.

  • Alterations by another jeweler or signs of unusual wear void the warranty.

  • Please handle your jewelry with care, follow the care instructions provided, and visit a professional jeweler for maintenance.
